October 2022 - Present

  • Ensuring the ongoing successful adoption and utilization of the e-Builder product suite by our clients

  • Responsible for the successful technical account management of existing clients by proactively maintaining contact with them, listening attentively to their needs, and identifying opportunities to grow the use of e-Builder within the accounts

  • Support a team-selling role, working in conjunction with Account Managers to identify opportunities to expand use of our software licenses and services

  • Initiate and maintain constant contact at a minimum with the client Champion and Admin to proactively identify issues, risks, and opportunities

  • Provide creative solutions to ambiguous business problems

  • Perform business gap analysis activities with existing clients to find "pain" and propose solutions to address these pain points

  • Facilitated regional ePM solution status report briefings to critical stakeholders and delivered new solution demonstrations

  • Provided Tier 4 Support to ePM to regional users and, when needed, escalated issues to Regional or National ePM administrators

URS/AECOM

August 2006 - November 2010

  • Facilitated domestic/international discovery sessions with URS staff, clients, and project team members to create project-specific workflow procedures, define work breakdown structures, formulate implementation plans/paths, configure nomenclature changes, create custom reports, and develop best practices with unique client/project requirements

  • Managed and delivered domestic/international Instructor-Led Training (ILT) sessions and Web-Based Training session for URS staff/Clients/Team members on Prolog Manager, Prolog Website and Contract Manager 13.x, P6 Web, P6 systems

  • Managed user experience through version upgrades by communicating changes, scheduling downtime, establishing QC procedures to ensure data integrity, and conducting weekly Tips and Tricks sessions on new functionality
